A. Our Goldworks Entertainment members vary in demographics, age, and occupation. They range from the young professional to the busy CEO to the recently retired. However, each of our members enjoys the convenience of having a personalized entertainment services.

Q. What is a personal entertainment concierge?
A. A Goldworks personal entertainment concierge is a dedicated Account Manager who offers proactive and customized services as well as being a single point of contact for all your lifestyle requirements.
Q. What’s different about Goldworks Entertainment Packages?
A. The difference is that Goldworks Entertainment represents a Lifestyle. We strive in providing our customers with unique entertainment packages and benefits which promote our very joie de vivre. Every trip we create is customized to your preferences. Our packages can be tailored to ongoing events in and around the city and we only work with the best hotels, car and limo rentals, nightclubs, restaurants, retailers, spas, and attractions in the city.
Q. How do I make a request?
A. Requests can be made online but all our packages will be confirmed via phone with our clients. We will then send you a confirmation outlining the information you just gave us. Once completing travel or entertainment requests, you will receive a complete itinerary with times, dates, confirmation numbers, etc.
Q. Can I rent an exotic car, yacht, or limousine service as an independent service?
A. Yes, as a member we will find you the car of your choice and arrange a rental for you.
Q. What type of requests can Goldworks undertake?
A. We can source, manage and deliver almost anything - the only limitation is your imagination!
Q. Will my personal details remain confidential?
A. Yes, your personal details will remain confidential at all times.
Q. Can I add addition services to my packages?
A. Yes, whether you’re a member or non member you can add additional services to you package.
Q. Can you put together a personalized package just for me?
A. Yes, as a member we can customize any entertainment package for your needs. View our entertainment concierge services.
Q. Can I add days or people to a package?
A. Yes we can. All of our entertainment packages can be adjusted for more or less day and likewise for people attending. Simply speak to our agents.
Q. Can I get a refund on my vacation package if I have to cancel my trip?
A. All cancellations are subject to any penalties presented and agreed to at the time of purchase. Please submit the request to our customer support team.
Q. Cancellation Policy
A. We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice:
- 48 hours or more cancellation notices are at NO CHARGE.
- Less than 48 hours cancellation notices are subject to penalty fee’s plus all applicable taxes.
Q. Car Rental Requirements
A. All drivers must present a valid driver’s license and credit card in their own name. Drivers must have a safe driving record, be over the age of 25 and may be subject to a department of Motor Vehicle check. Full coverage insurance is required on all our vehicles and must be verified prior to rental.
